Overnight Baked French Toast

This super cheap dish is yummy and makes alot so if you want you can make it in 2 square dishes and give one to your neighbors! Make sure you fix it the night before or it won't work.
Also, you can increase or decrease the vanilla and cinnamon to your liking. I love alot of vanilla!

1 loaf French bread, sliced
6 eggs
2 cups skim milk or if you want the good stuff you can use cream or half n half.
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons white sugar

Cut bread into 1 1/2 inch thick slices and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, beat eggs with everything else and pour over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The bread will soak up the liquid and get nice and smushy. Before you cook it, flip the bread slices carefully and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325 for like and hour in the big dish or 45 in the little dish. Keep an eye on it and when it's brown and puffy it's ready.

Serve with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, fruit, or whatever you like.

Mmmm mmmm goooooooooooooooooood.

This sounds delicious dahling!
