Favorite Punch!

111

This is a recipe I came up with about 5 years ago for church and everyone absolutely loves it. It's muy delicioso! So easy and you will get raves.

1 can frozen OJ concentrate
1 big can pineapple juice
1 2-liter ginger ale
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 can pineapple rings
3 cups regular OJ

The day before, in a tube pan, lay pineapple rings and cherries in a pattern. (You will have some leftover.) Pour enough pineapple juice from the rings to cover the fruit completely. Freeze 1-2 hours. When solid, pour OJ over this and freeze.

When ready to serve punch, thaw frozen OJ concentrate on counter a little while. Pour this into punch bowl with pineapple juice and stir well. Dip ring into hot water and flip into punch bowl, cherry side up. Pour in ginger ale and stir gently.

Frosty and delicious.

THE Sugar Cookies

xmaskids
The only recipe you need to know for sugar cookies.

2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup flour
2 tso soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat til fluffy. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Chill at least one hour. Roll and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

We made these every year in the shape of angels, bells, reindeer, and trees and sprinkled them with red and green sugar glitter before we baked them. The best!!!
